If you haven’t heard already, JcPenny is making some changes to its brand. The campaign for the new JcPenny began in January with its “Enough is Enough” commercial.
Along with advertising and a new logo, JcPenny changed its return policy, making it easier to return unwanted items, for any reason. Read here for more information on JcPenny’s changes.
