If you’re wondering why this print advertisement may look familiar to you, that’s because I posted about a popular Stayfree commercial with the same premise. This advertisement and commercial introduce consumers and readers to the new Ultrathin line of pads for women. Spotted in the October 2012 issue of Glamour, this print ad is part of the campaign using a mannequin. On one side of the print ad, you see a female mannequin who is unable to move freely because of her pad. On the other side, the woman comes to life and is able to move freely.
Why is this pad different, you wonder? According to Stayfree, this new Ultrathin pad is 1) inspired by athletic wear, 2) has flexible layers, and 3) uses therma-control to eliminate moisture.
