  1. How can they use the tune to that song? I would hope it was copyrighted. I love the song Footloose, Chase shouldn’t be allowed to use it. Back in my day we used to call that “selling out”! Some songs should NOT be sold out, they should remain a song for the song’s sake – not used to sell product!!!

    • Hi Sue,

I thank you for sharing your thoughts on the Chase Footloose commercial. Maybe the company that put together the commercial wanted to pick something that would resonate with people? So they picked a familiar song?

  4. OMG, I love that commercial and I just love the Foot Loose music, and the words to your song made me laugh. I have see so many commercials that are just horrible, it was nice to see a good one that makes you want to get up and dance. Thanks Chase Freedom, you did good.

  6. Bottom line, is that guy related to whoever came up with the campaign? Otherwise how did he get picked to do the commercial? It certainly wasn’t for his musical ability. He has none. It’s an insult to Kenny Loggins (as well as my ears).

    • Hi Laurie. Thank you for stopping by and commenting. Opinions on this commercial seem to be split down the middle. It seems to be a situation where you either love it or hate it.
